Warranty:
Your purchase has a 60 days warranty for any defective/missing parts. Please allow us seven business days to process the defective/missing parts to be shipped.
Any accidents, abuse, negligence, labor, and mechanic that would be needed for the warranty is NOT included. Outbound and inbound shipping are not covered if you decide to return your order.
No return, exchange, or refund is accepted. All sales are FINAL! Minor dents and scratches are not covered under our warranty. A full refund will only be provided if our technical team confirms the product malfunctioned. Refund will be processed once the defective product is received at our warehouse in original packaging only with all the original parts.
Best Ride on cars provides a limited warranty for manufacturing defects (for the items deemed defective by our tech support team).
